Our family of 15 stayed at this hotel June 7-14 for a family vacation. The rooms are incredible. We each had one and two bedroom suites, which were very nice, clean, comfortable and very large! The hotel has a hole is very clean and you never see any trash lying around outside. They give you a wristband for a room key, which is very handy so you’re not constantly looking for a key card. We really did not have to worry about finding chairs around the pool. But there are two guys out there, Jesus and Daniel, who are absolutely incredible. They are both such hard workers and run all day long making sure all of the guests are happy and their needs are met. Both of them have great personalities and it was a lot of fun joking back-and-forth with them. They deserve high marks with this hotel. Our only complaint was that our elevator was out of commission for four of the seven days we were there. Having to climb the stairs in the heated humidity was not wonderful for sure. Now….Let’s talk about the restaurants. There was only one restaurant for breakfast and dinner at the Villa Estancia, but you could go next-door to the sister hotel, the flamingos for Italian, Japanese or Mexican. During the day, there were poolside restaurants at each hotel for lunch and snacks. None of us thought the food here was very good in any of the restaurants! We had eight adults and seven children, and so we tried every restaurant and had different items to eat, but none of us thought the food was up to par. But the weight staff was very attentive.

Paola is the best! Eduardo sings with soul.The pools were awesome! Nico and Rudy pour a great drink. The reason for me writing a review is Jesus and David they where the pool attendees. Second day got a late start at the pool. David came over I told him I only need one spot for the wife. He made 2 spots in front for my wife and I like something out of Goodfellas. Next couple of days Jesus said how many I told him four. Got us a primo spot everyday. Second to last day my daughter sunbathed too long had heat exhaustion due to the heat and humidity. David and Jesus came over with bottles of water and a bag full of ice to cool her down. They didn't have to do that but it was appreciated. Love you for that boys. In all the place was great and its because the staff takes pride in their work.

Family Vacation
Villa La Estancia was so beautiful. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding at every restaurant on site. Thanks to Daniel at the pool for his service, his attention was awesome. The bell boys, Gerry and Omar…great customer service. Definitely planning a return soon.😊

Home away from home
Our girls trip has been coming here for 5 years and every year we find the services, the friendliness, and the personalization to be exceptional. We are never disappointed. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. I’m so grateful for the way the whole staff works to make us feel welcome.
