We just returned from an unforgettable stay in Puerto Vallarta, and I have to shout out the incredible pool concierge team—Jesus and his amazing trainee, Axel! Every single morning, they greeted my family with the warmest smiles and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the pool—umbrellas, fresh towels, comfy chairs… they handled it all with such kindness and ease. Jesus was so friendly and helpful, and Axel was the sweetest—he even walked around offering to clean everyone’s sunglasses! (A little detail that made us feel like royalty.) Every afternoon, they’d bring around fresh fruit, which was such a lovely and refreshing touch. It’s rare to come across such genuinely kind, attentive, and funny hospitality staff. Jesus and Axel truly made our trip feel special. If you’re lucky enough to find yourself poolside here, look for them—you’ll be in the best hands!

Home away from home
We just spent a week at our home away from home. We love everything about this resort. We’ve been coming here for seven years and loved every minute of our visit. From the moment you arrive the Valet and concierge staff welcomed us home. The entire staff at La Casona is very friendly and welcoming. The pool staff works so hard to make sure everyone has fun! We love Daniel, Jesus and Sergio and we’re already planning our next visit.

Service here is superb! Highly recommend!
The service here is SUPERB. We spent most of our time by the pool, and JESUS made sure that we had the best experience ever. We always had a chair, umbrella and towels. He really goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. He even surprised us with a special (delicious) cake as we were on our baby moon! DANIEL was our waiter at the pool, and he was so attentive! Monsterrat, our concierge, was also amazing. I am beyond impressed and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Wonderful time
Really enjoyed my stay we brought our whole family and everyone had the best time I want to recognize a few of the staff for their excellent service and hospitality. Jair at the front always greeted us with a smile and answer any questions we had. Nayeli at the spa made our experience even more memorable and relaxing. And Nico at the pool bar always happy to keep our drinks full he makes the best cosmopolitan and pina colada.

Jul 22, 2025I gotta give special thanks to Norma in housekeeping who gave us excellent service and assistance when we stayed July 17 2025 thru July 23 2025 in room 2404A. Gracias para todo Norma!! The poolside food and breakfast were my favorites. Thanks to Jesus at the pool for all the help keeping our family shaded and toweled and Ricardo for bringing us out food and checking on us. On a more serious note - I was not a fan of the Italian restaurant next door. I appreciate the efforts to make all the food good but sometimes less is more, overall grade B+ - great rooms, nice beach, and I would consider staying again for the peaceful atmosphere and the folks I mentioned.
