It was a good vacation. The hotel is great with some flaws. First the bad things: - Internet is disconnecting often and in some spaces in my room I had no connection at all. - The car rental company inside the hotel is scamming people. We booked full insurance. Apparently it doesn't cover everything we found out after an incident (popped tire on the highway). We didn't receive an insurance policy after asking only a piece of paper made in word with some points. The hotel didn't do anything about this and the scamming car rental is still operating. It was a great bummer to our vacation. We rented a car inside the hotel because we trusted that we would be in good hands but we got scammed. The price for the car was also way too high. - The quality of the alcohol for non members of this hotel is not good at the pool. Also the food quality at the buffet isn't best. The good things: - The hotel has great shows every night. I really enjoyed them and they were a highlight on this trip. They provide great entertainment. - The animation team is great. It's fun games all day and very nice people. Especially Alejandro (who is very energetic), Ixel and Dayreth. The whole team is very nice. The pool party is very amusing. - The restaurants have good food quality and very good servers. Manuel from the Bamboo was especially nice. And you can visit the restaurants in the hotel Viva Maya also.

Excellent Service!
Manuel was such a good server. Excellent service and so friendly. He checked for allergies for members of our party and provided a customized experience that will be remembered. We will definitely be returning!

Great energy
She is amazing she is a true leader. Her energy is amazing. I was impressed how much effort she put into her show. This resort is so lucky to have her.
