Nice resort, clean. Friendly, hard working staff. We liked it so much that we chose to attend the meeting about becoming a Viva club member. We did it, WHAT A MISTAKE!! Do NOT become a member. It cost us $1800 US on the spot & $200/mth for an additional 60mths for 10,000pts. They promised us 24hrs customer service and told us it was extremely easy to book vacations and airfare by emails and telephone. NONE of the above was true. After 9mths of back and fourth, never receiving help to book our next vacation we chose to cancel our membership. Go enjoy the resort and workers but be aware of the meeting to become a member. They will tell you if you attend the meeting they offer you free breakfast with a gift but do Not be fooled. It is not worth it.

food is good, entertainment was very nice even if the GO are not always in the mood!! The room were clean, a lot of space at the beach and the pool! Drinks were pretty good

Everything in this hotel works very poorly, from the reception to the dining. Room keys, safes — nothing works at first time. You have to go around and make them fix everything. There were no rooms available in my category, so they gave me a standard room.

Great for trapeze, circus, and beach
Great resort. My daughter especially liked the trapeze and circus classes. All of the trapeze staff (Chucho, Lea, Victoria, Lisa, Rocio, and Alex) was really good with her and taught her some new tricks, including a catch. Trapeze was open every day except Monday and we always went. The rest of the resort is really great too. Beach is clean every day, no sea weed, and lots of chairs available. Highly recommend this resort.
