great stay
The serving staff and especially the bartenders were outstanding! I loved the activities and the beach area that was groomed daily. Definitely take a walk down to Banana Bay. It was windy so the catamaran and kayaks were not really an option. If you are a VIP member your experience might be better than some of the previous reviews. The all inclusive was a good deal-if you like wine it is more than terrible so choose another drink. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were good. Remember you are not going to have gourmet food at an all-inclusive buffet. The rooms are a bit out-dated and you will need to wait for the water to get hot. Overall superb weather and a terrific staff.

Don’t Book Here!
Was at this resort end of March. It is in horrible shape! Had to shower in flip flops because bathroom was disgusting! Room was very old and door to room did not close properly there was a gap. The food was always the same and very hard to get bacon in the mornings. Everything in the buffet was cold their hot plates don’t seem to work. Seems like they would recycle lunch at dinner time. The bar was constantly running out of main liquor. Rum, Tequila and Vodka. How does an all inclusive run out of this? The only good thing was their Espresso bar. The pool would not let umbrellas be put up they said it was too windy. But they were bolted in the cement. Kids pool had no shade over it. No shade at the beach either. Most staff not very friendly. Very Disappointed in a hotel that is under the Wyndham name. Attached pictures of the dirt under the mini fridge in the room and the disgraceful bathroom.

Amazing stay but needs improvement at shows
I had an incredible stay with my friends, the staff was so friendly, Roberto, Dilis, Mike, Ian, and I can’t remember everybody else’s name, but all of you did amazing job during the day! My only issue was at night when the show time came, even tho the aerials were incredible, I feel like I was watching a one man show… the choreographer has a serious “only me” issue, you have to let everybody shine, yet she is the only center in every number… a little repetitive and tiring if you ask me. There is one specific show with theme of “rock” that was seriously sad to see everybody as a back up dancer for her. Other than that, food at the a la carte was great, specially viva cafe, room is small but very comfortable, activities were so much fun, specially bingo with Roberto!

Great Family Vacation - Fun Entertainment, But Some Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at this resort for 4 days with my 9-year-old, and we had a fantastic time! The weather was perfect, the beach was stunning, and the resort had so many activities for kids and adults alike. The highlight of our trip was definitely the entertainment staff—Carlos and Dilis were absolutely incredible! They brought so much energy and fun to every event, and they made sure all the kids (and adults!) were having a great time. My child couldn’t stop talking about the games and shows, and I was so impressed with how friendly and engaging the entire entertainment team was. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. I wasn’t a fan of the connecting rooms. While it’s a convenient option for larger families, it unfortunately doesn't have great soundproofing. We could hear everything going on next door, including conversations and doors slamming early in the morning or late at night, which made it tough to relax or sleep. Also, while the buffet was convenient, I do wish there was more variety. Even though we were only there for a short 4-day stay, the food options felt very repetitive from day to day. Despite those minor issues, we had a great experience and made some amazing memories and friends. I’d definitely recommend this resort for families—just consider requesting a non-connecting room and prepare for a bit of repetition in the dining options.
