For a 3.5 star I have to say I’ve had amazing time here at this resort! We came with friends and family and all of us have enjoyed our time. Our rooms were clean and (Karen) our housekeeper was amazing making sure we had all we needed in our rooms. Beds were comfy but a little sneaky. The beach was pristine! Some days were windy making it choppy but other days were so calm and clear! The pool was cleaned well and more than enough room for guests around the pool! Tons of loungers around the pool and on the beach also with wheelchair access! Franky (Franklyn) the life guard kept a watch over all guests on the beach and in the pool (different days) also looking out for others so they don’t get ripped off by scammer venders! Ziah down at the beach bar/snack shack was amazing! His vibes always welcomed all of our crew making us smile, laugh and have a great time! Our kids will definitely remember him when we come back! Jaheim and Nadia at the main bar …. Let me tell you!!! They took real good care of our whole crew the whole week! From coffee to cocktails and shots! They were beyond amazing! I will definitely be bringing my family back to this resort time and time again! There’s the good The bad…. Ain’t even that bad. It was check in… knowing that many people are about to show up I wish both side of the lobby were open. Unfortunately only the one side was open and it’s took us approx 45mins to 1hr in line and then the check in itself was super quick. We missed having dinner at the buffet due to this. Otherwise, late night pizza was available after 10pm and we were able to enjoy a bite before bed. Cheers folks Your vacation is what you make it!

Best holiday ever
Amazing hotel wonderful holiday. The entertainment team made my holiday 10/10! Makayla, Mike and Amy went through lots of effort to ensure I had the best holiday ever. Lots of activities to do like; darts, cornhole water arbobics etc. the shows were phenomenal lion king was my favourite! Definitely would come back Thank you everyone!!!

Stayed at Viva Fortuna From Oct4-11th 2025. We had a great stay, but the entertainment people made it even better. Amy, Mckayla & Vanessa were amazing at the poolside and always found a way to get people up and moving! They were so funny and such caring people to add. Carlos was top notch humor in all the shows and a great person to chat with. Franklin the lifeguard was great, funny and always there to ask questions to and a big help to find/see the fish in the reef. Nadia at the main bar was so great and made the best ice coffees and so friendly. Beach was picture perfect and we already miss being there :)

Our experience at Viva Fortuna Beach was nothing short of amazing, and the entertainment team deserves all the credit for making it truly unforgettable! From sunrise to sunset, the entertainment team: Dilis, Alagi, Roberto, Marina, Vanessa, Amy, Mike, Ian, Martiniano, Germain, Carlos, and Alica brought nonstop energy, joy, and creativity to every moment. Whether it was poolside games, dances, evening shows, or spontaneous fun around the resort, they made sure guests of all ages felt welcome and engaged. Highlights: • Personal touches made all the difference — they remembered names, shared stories, and made us feel like part of the family • Daily activities were fun, inclusive, and perfectly organized — whether it was pool games, dances, or evening performances, they made sure everyone felt involved and had a blast. • Themed nights and performances that were both professional and hilarious! Each member brought their own flair, and together they created magic on stage. Their talent and teamwork were truly impressive. • Each member of the team brought their own unique spark, and together they created an atmosphere that was vibrant, inclusive, and full of heart. If you're looking for a family place where entertainment goes above and beyond, Viva Fortuna Beach is the place — and this team is the reason why. Thank you all for the memories. We’ll be back!

Loved it!
I had an amazing stay at Viva Fortuna Beach! The resort has a beautiful location, great amenities, and such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home. A special mention has to go to Amy, the lovely Welsh beauty who made the experience even more memorable. Her warmth, energy, and charm brought such a positive vibe to every day — she truly made the stay unforgettable! Highly recommend Viva Fortuna Beach to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, sunshine, and genuine hospitality
