Nice, cute and simple resort with beautiful restorant on the beach. Rooms are really big and clean. The resort is small, but on nice place and the beach is beautiful and too long. Food is good cooked, tasteful and various( the resort is small and do not except a big restorant with huge selection of food). The restoran on the beach has always hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas,nachos, salads, fruits and simple cookies and many times serves meat, rice, pasta, potato... From rooms to the beach needs 2 minutes easy walk by beautiful pathway in the shadow and beside beautiful small lake with birds, turtles and a water fountain. There was many locals and I love it because without them hotel is almost empty... :) The pool is small and many time water is green because is not cleaned daily( in two weeks the pool was cleaned once and 2 days we could not use pool because). Beside the main pool there is a small pool for children on the way to beach and a jacuzzi on the roof of the bar beside the main pool ( there is not swiming up bar). There is not a bar 24 hours and the last alcohol drink is at the disco 2 am ( in case if guests are not there the disco is closed earlier). After dinner restorant is open for overnight with hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, friuts, salad and soft drinks. They supply with drinking water daily (fridges in rooms), but soft drinks I got just 2 smaller botlles in 2 weeks. At night different interesting entertaiment shows. The internet everywhere including the rooms too ( signal is not bad on the beach too). The crew is profesional, polite, usuful, the most of them speak english and about them everything the best and thanks Sofia and Elisa from the reception for your help. The downtown of city is about 3 miles away from resort. Overall I rate 3+ stars and if big expectations are not to big everyone will enjoy there......

Wonderful experience
This was our first all inclusive resort and I have to say we were extremely satisfied with the service and quality of all included amenities. I would like to recognize a few of the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional (Marie, Dawin, and Sophia). The entire staff was very attentive however these three went above and beyond!

Our experience here at viva heavens was good, it is a small resort with not much people, everything is clean and the room was comfortable, the food was good although the food at the buffet can get a bit repetitive and we didn’t expect the restaurants to only be open certain days. The pool is nice especially since there aren’t a lot of people so it isn’t packed, same with the beach, the water is clean. The check in and check out process was smooth.

Just came back , its a 3 star resort ...the food was absolutely terrible . Guys do yourself a favour and go to punta cana , just awful guys .......a la cartes during 14 days 2 were open and very abismal . The pool was green and disgusting , they said adults only nothing byt screaming children , no music . Just dont go guys trust me
