Lovely complex. Our room was excellent. The place is spotless even the beach. The food was varied and we tried everything. The setting is second to none. The staff are lovely and the animals you see wondering around are cute. 👍💖

Great value, we'll definitely be back!
We booked a 7-day trip with Air Canada for $1100 CAD (flight & transport included). We didn't expect much from Viva Maya, since we were looking for something economical, yet our expectations were blown away! Everything about Viva Maya was great. The rooms were clean and had great AC, the beach was beautiful, there tons of activities to do, the buffet was great and had tons of flavor and meat. The entire staff was very attentive and kind. The Wi-Fi in the room was not the best, but they had a great café where you could go work or study. There were no hiccups of any kind, and we are very happy with the value we got.

Love the pool and entertainment
Very good entertainment and shows. The trapeze team was great teaching me some fun skills to do and is also FREE, I trusted them with my life. My group and I had a great time and definitely one of the best Viva resort that we have visited out of 3.

Amazing time .
We stayed at the hotel from the 5th of October to the 15th . We are actually on our contacting flight to Nova Scotia right now . We had an amazing time celebrating our 40th anniversary the staff went above and beyond from the day we arrived ,from the anniversary banner on the door to the champagne 🍾 and food that was waiting for us in the room when we arrived . Pools and beach were amazing, and the weather was fantastic 👌 couldn't have asked for better . Food was really good we ate at the buffet mostly or the snack bar . The little coffee shop is good and also had pastries and sandwiches . The staff are wonderful and very helpful . We spent most mornings at the beach and afternoons at the adult pool Margarito at the adult pool bar is an amazing asset to this hotel ,he is so nice . We were always in bed early so can't comment on the night time shows . We also went to the sports bar for a while at night This hotel has the best of both worlds you can go to a quiet spot and relax or spend time at the main pool and enjoy the activities and music . Thank you for an amazing time and we will see you soon

Trapeze
Our vacation was amazing at the Viva Mayan in Playacar. My daughter had especially a fantastic time with trapeze team of Betinha, Mara, Valentina, Krystal, and Mat. Thanks again for the wonderful memory
