Average
We stayed at this hotel for 12 days with my husband and 12year old child. The hotel and its grounds are very nice, nice gardens and village. We saw iguana on some days. We booked beach front bungalow, recommend. Our room was small, slightly outdated but clean. Bedsheets and towels changed every day. Housemaid made small cleaning every day. Ok for us. Safe was for 2 dollars per day. There was no minibar , only 1 glass bottle to be filled in some water stations close to our bungalow. Did not mind. It was eco friendly and we do not drink much soda. Wifi was working OK, sometimes kind of slowly. The food was average, international cuisine. Absolute self service. Cantine like. The restaurant La terazza was awful. Too many people, bad food, dirty tables, no dishes, no cuttlery... no service.... We had no problem to find a table but it was a big problem to find a clean one, we had to find cuttlery, napkins and everything else by ourselves. The servise people/ waiting staff looked bored, annoyed, unfriendly. La Roca was somewhat better. Drinks OK. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were good, served in some bars. Sometimes long queues. Good smoothies were prepared in Tikki Bar. The pools were nice, with warm water. No problem to find any sunbeds free at the beach. However we used the ones on our terrace as we had beach bungalow. The beach towels can be exchanged daily. Sometimes they did not want to give you fresh ones, only cards or vice versa. Do not understand why... The beach was nice and clean, sea warm. We had some algae but no problem for us. They have kids club but we did not go. There is a programme and music whole day and night. It is a very loud resort - from 10 am to 00 am nonstop music. Luckilly we had earplugs. Animation was OK. There were some evening programmes prepared by animators, some live music and than disco. Overall the stay at this hotel was good, not luxury at all. There are many things to work on. Service, food, cleanliness. Too loud. We won´t come back.

I do not recommend this hotel!
I do not recommend this hotel. The staff appeared indifferent, with a noticeably cold and disengaged attitude. There was a clear lack of motivation and professionalism. Unless you speak Spanish, communication can be extremely difficult. Information provided to guests often did not match the reality, which was quite frustrating. The rooms were in poor condition — many things simply didn’t work as they should. The food was repetitive, and basic items such as utensils, napkins, and plates were frequently missing. Cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas left much to be desired. My honest advice: save yourself the disappointment and don’t risk your money.

Worst food ever....a real scam. July 2nd 2025
Please do not waste your money and this hotel everything is good the rooms the beach but the food is terrible. I am sure that in prison they eat better. This is the worst hotel ever have been in the Caribbean. If you don't believe me check the videos it is horrendous. I do not understand how people can rate this Resort I would not even give it a star. The food is garbage.
