It’s been about a month since our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, and I’ve been meaning to write this ever since I got back—but I hit the ground running and haven’t slowed down since. Now that I finally have a second: On a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being amazing), I’d give this place a 6. Or 7. Maybe even a 10. 🤩 We were completely blown away. The service was flawless, the property was absolutely stunning, the little touches …wow, oh, and the location—perfection! Huge thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our experience unforgettable. Every single person we encountered was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. Please pass along my compliments to the team—you all are doing an exceptional job. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Just trust the reviews, book your stay, and thank me later. Incredible Experience at the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal
My husband and I just returned from the most amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top tier. Rey, our concierge, went above and beyond—booking all of our dinner reservations and a fantastic sailboat excursion that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and we felt so taken care of. Thank you, Rey! Sergio, our waiter at the Beach Club, was equally incredible—attentive, warm, and always made sure we had everything we needed (and more). His service truly elevated our beach days. The resort itself is stunning, but it’s the staff like Rey and Sergio who make it unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

A truly unforgettable experience!
From the moment I booked my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Cabo, I knew I was in for something special. Within hours of making my reservation, I received a personal message from Karen, my dedicated concierge at the resort. From that moment on, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfectly planned and seamlessly executed. Karen handled everything with a level of care and precision that made me feel like a VIP. She arranged luxury transportation to and from the airport, as well as a private ride to a fantastic restaurant in San José del Cabo for the evening I wanted to explore the area. Every request I made was met with swift, thoughtful attention. The entire staff at the Waldorf Astoria was equally impressive—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay unforgettable. Whether I needed assistance at the pool, recommendations for activities, or just a little extra comfort, they delivered with a smile every time. They even gave me a gift for my son when I shared my wife and I are having a baby boy in July. This level of service is second to none! Karen and her staff made this experience truly remarkable. Their attention to detail, warm professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I cannot thank them enough for the extraordinary treatment I received. Nice hotel for a getaway!
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel to celebrate a birthday. Check in is easy and got early check in based on my diamond status. We had birthday dinner at El Farallon and it was an amazing experience. We heard they will close and remodel during summer, looking forward to go back.

AMAZING HOTEL with GREAT SPA and AWESOME photographer!
The Photographer, Andres Pena is AMAZING, he looks young but really knows what he's doing, took 100+ photos at this hotel for our 25 years anniversary, amazing photo shots! With the Incredible Beach photos with the massive wave curls in the background. The Spa is AMAZING for a couple, be sure to ask for a couple suite room as it has a hot tub, you might have to ask for it to be added to the spa session as we learned that it wasnt part of the package but they let us use it after we asked about it 2-3 times. The room is AWESOME to stay at!!
