This hotel is fantastic. We’ve had an amazing time. We couldn’t have been better looked after by all the staff, but Antwone has been particularly amazing and has totally looked after us, really going the extra mile.

Home away from Home
We have been here 4 years in a row we were here last year for the categorie 4 hurricane made it through with everyone else the staff ( Kim Griffith ,Jacqueline Griffith And Kevin on the emails back an forth before we got here. Also Ryan Antwaon Tamisha and ALL the front desk staff. Special shout out to all the breakfast lunch and dinner staff I won’t mention names cause I will forget some. So to All And then of course the beach staff too thank you to all making us part of your family

Waves Hotel & Spa Experience
My experience was nothing short of amazing. From the drinks, the food and the atmosphere, everything was wonderful! The staff members were friendly and made me feel welcomed. I especially want to highlight one staff member in particular – Astrid. Before I even arrived, I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone. Her professionalism and customer service were evident right away. She was patient, answered all my questions, and gave me such a glowing and detailed review of the Waves experience that I was instantly sold on visiting. Her excellent customer service and genuine hospitality made me feel valued from the very first interaction. — she’s a gem and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you, Waves Hotel, for such a memorable experience

Most wonderful experience
I have just recently enjoyed 10 nights at the Waves hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy with wonderful friendly staff that look after you the moment you arrive. The food was delicious and the two restaurants offer a great choice of Bajan, Indian and continental cuisine. With the hotels emphasis on relaxing, the spa treatments were a wonderful treat and most soothing and calming. Our room had a wonderful sea view and was spotlessly cleaned every day. We felt the shower room could do with a little attention but apart from that it was perfect. My son and I were celebrating his birthday and we enjoyed a most memorable time there. I would highly recommend the turtle trip that Kevin arranged for us and we also visited St Nicholas Abbey and a flower forest. It was our first time to Barbados and are looking forward to a future trip to the Island.

Great hotel and amazing staff
We’ve just arrived back from 10 nights at this hotel. We had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. It’s clean, modern and well maintained, and our room was a great size. The restaurants provide good variety on a daily basis and the Kyma cafe was a great additional option for lunch or a snack. The free spa treatments were a nice touch and we made the most of the water sports included, motorised (ringos and water skiing) and non-motorised (paddle boarding, kayak and snorkelling). The beach was nice, but was quite small. That said we never had a problem getting a sun bed. The biggest highlight is the staff, who went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The beach service was plentiful (thanks Akeel) and everyone else we came across was super friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family.
