I stayed with my group of 8 friends and couldn’t asked for a better experience, since we arrived one standout detail was the valet c very professional and incredibly considerate, they help with our bags and did not have us waiting for the reception guy. The location is perfect ! The room had an ocean view that was stunning !

One of my favorite beachfront properties
I recently celebrated a birthday and stayed at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach resort for a two night staycation. I was greeted by Lorenzo, who welcomed me so warmly and insured that my stay would be wonderful. He even talked to me into booking an extra night which I did because Lorenzo was instrumental in ensuring that I not only had what I needed for a perfect check-in, but insured that I was able to receive an ocean-view upgrade and additional surprises during the celebration of my day. I can’t thank you enough Lorenzo for making for such an amazing stay. I’ll also add that as a local I normally do staycations at this property every year and it’s one of my go-to’s in the Fort Lauderdale area. You can’t beat The Mexican restaurant on the ground level that has amazing food and margaritas and the easy access and bridge pathway to the beach. This is my spot, always!

The stay was pleasant and the service fantastic. David took care of our accommodations, provided details of the resort benefits, and made sure we had a lovely stay. We ate at Lona, definitely worth your time, the dinner options were all good. Richard took care of us, he was delightful to talk to as well. He made our dining experience eventful and friendly. We are Titanium members with Marriott.

Excellent experience
Great hotel! Amenities were wonderful. The beds were insanely comfortable! Front office staff were helpful and so kind! Pool attendants and wait staff were also accommodating with a smile. Special shout out to Melva!!! We were on a girls trip and needed some pics for memories and Melva became our personal photographer. She gave us excellent restaurant suggestions and just went above and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome. We would definitely come back!

We had such an amazing stay! Rashawn at the front desk was the sweetest and handled our request without any hassle. Honestly, everyone we encountered who worked there was great. The hotel was clean and smelled amazing. The drinks at the bar were top tier. Will definitely be staying here again!
