    Everything we hoped for and more! My daughter picked this hotel due to its proximity to snorkeling - and we couldn’t have been happier! Two teenage girls - lots to do. Facilities are lovely - used the gym, hobie cat, and lots of beach and pool loungers. Hotel was busy - but we still never waited for a lunch table or had trouble finding chairs (even late morning). Room was gorgeous. We all agreed we wanted to take the beds home with us - most comfortable I’ve ever been in (and I am a Westin bed loyalist!). Continental breakfast hit the spot. Not far from the action in grace bay - too far to walk but we had a car. Staff was awesome: we will definitely be back!

    Turks and Caicos as an island as a whole with a lil bit of review of the hotel

    This is our second day in Turks. I hate to say this but we are not impressed. There’s nothing wrong with our room, in fact it is spacious, clean and quite comfortable. But the people of the island are very cold. The servers at the beach and the gentleman who helped us at our front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Other than that all of the locals obviously hate tourists. No one says hello even if you say hello first. They are very very cold. We have 3 days left here and I hope things change. But honestly at this point I don’t think we would ever come back to this island

    family trip

    Bungalow room was clean and large, great for family, washer and dryer in room ( although def left some clothes in it) narrow beach but could always get plenty of chairs. pools not too crowded either. wait staff at breakfast were great. my mom loved the housekeeper, was so attentive to her and brought her everything she requested. loved it -nothing bad to say at all

    Unfriendly staff

    Great location and beach. Those are the only positives of our stay, runned down hotel, but the worse was the service specially at reception and beach area, where after asking why they had red flag for the beach , the answer was we always do that, I guess so that they didn’t have to bother on providing snorkeling equipment, only exception was concierge and one of the bar attendants

    Turks and Caicos Windsong hotel

    The hotel was in front of a beautiful beach, one small part of the hotel was new, the rest was old. The food was bad quality and slow. The service and all the staff were terrible, they were not welcoming, never tried to help, and unfriendly. We had to leave the room at 11:30 and at 11:15 they were calling our room telling us to leave. Do not recommend at all. Was a family trip.
