The location on the beach was great, and we really enjoyed our room. We had a two bedroom ocean front suite, and it was perfect for our family of four…very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff definitely left us with a negative view of the resort. Almost without exception, the staff acted as though they were put out by everything we asked for…whether it was water at dinner, taking out the hoby cat, or getting to-go breakfast items in the morning. Most of the staff seemed like they were uninterested in being helpful, and the poor service definitely detracted from our stay. Recommended looking elsewhere. The resort is too expensive for such poor service.

This island was not worth the money! We have no desire to return!
The hotel room was nice! Restaurant service was POOR. Most of the staff were subpar and unfriendly. Shuttle to the grocery store was okay, driver not friendly. Overall service was poor, the people are not friendly. We won't be going back! Drake appears to be their favorite artist for music!

A great hotel. Very clean and great staff. Beach and water was outstanding. Highly recommended. Great snorkling and saw many different types of fish. Pools were very nice as was bar and bar staff.

WILL BE RETURNING!!!! If I can rate this resort a 100 stars I would! My family and I had the pleasure of staying from 7/1 to 7/8. It was a group of us totaling to 11 people - 6 adults / 5 kids. We stayed in the bungalows the first few nights then transferred to the new building Villas. The new building is modern, with new appliances and decor. Our rooms were refreshed and cleaned daily. Providing new towels and organization. All of the staff were professional, communicative, efficient and so friendly! S/o to Dasheya and the rest of the front desk staff. There manager nicole did a great job managing the process and making our vacation a breeze. They handled all requests diligently and with much care. The beach and restaurant staff became my favorite people! They ensured we were taken care of on the beach, poolside & while we dined. S/o to Omar and Vinel, they work so hard! lol. The staff educated us on the island, informed us on all the cool events taking place, and excursions we can do during our stay. The island residents make you feel safe and right at home… the view of the ocean from the resort is breathtaking. Especially the sunset! Much to do on the property, there wasn’t a day we were bored. Make sure to check out the fish fry on Thursdays & have cash at hand. (It’s much cheaper than using a DC/CC).

This place is amazing! We booked a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite and it was very modern, had everything you’d ever need (full kitchen, washer/dryer), and best of all the most amazing ocean views! Crystal clear water! We were in building 4 (newer building) not sure how the other one is but I’d highly recommend. Best of all the Bight Reef is right on the beach of the hotel and you can rent snorkel gear for $6/day, get right into the water and snorkel! No need to book any tours or boat rides (great for someone like me who get seasick easy).
