Just back from 6 nights/7 days at Windsong On the Reef. Had a great experience and a wonderful time. We’ve been to Turks and Caicos many times but this is my first time at Windsong. We booked a studio with a partial ocean view in the new building and it was exactly what we hoped for. Modern, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week with a toddler to do some light cooking. The washer/dryer was so helpful to have. Being right at the reef on Grace Bay was so nice, just walk in and snorkel. The water was perfect. The property is well maintained and the staff always pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Just delightful and soooo relaxing
We had an outstanding 5 day stay at this lovely property. The location, the staff -- everything was delightful. We loved it so much that we just got back yesterday and we have already booked a return trip in late September. You will love the staff, so gracious. Well done!! Maurice Mitts

The Windsong Wins!
Return visit and will continue to come back. We have stayed at several different resorts over the years her in Provo, and decided to come back to the Windsong. What a great decision. Put simply we may never go anywhere else on the island. I prefer this area as I love to snorkel and the Bite Reef is directly in front of the Windsong. We rent a car so getting to most of the restaurants that we love was pretty much 5-10 minutes away. We walked in and were met by Ruth who was absolutely wonderful and a perfect example of why we love it here. She exemplifies being the face of the resort and was kind and efficient as well as informative. Check in was flawless and quick . Service at the Resort is what makes this place stand out. Everyone, yes everyone cares that you are enjoying your time and were courteous and friendly. Standouts were Wilda, everyday making sure our room was perfect, and Markson who seems to work every bar in the resort. We went up to Beachfront ( the new building) Bar on the roof, and he made us feel like we were meeting friends everywhere we turned. He also took orders for takeout and room service, in the first days when we were still figuring things out. The resort is spotless and maintained to an unimaginable degree of updating and cleanliness. Annette ( the GM) was so friendly and actually helping out in the AM when we sat for breakfast on the Beach. She also is a great example of being the face of the resort. She's not at her desk but watching what's going on. That really matters! The new building is chic and modern and brand new. The beach is the Turks and Caicos calling card. There is none better ( maybe just as good) but truly none better in the Caribbean. Windsong has non motorized equipment including paddle boards and kayaks and Mark will help you enjoy everything they feature. The pools are right in front of the resort and there is nothing better if you are a beach person to wind up at the pool at the end of the day. Windsong gets and A plus. If you are reading reviews to make decisions, give this a hard look because you don't need to spend more $ to get to a higher degree of a perfect resort vacation, with any better service or amenities. This resort plays with the bigger guys just fine! That's why I will be back, because it's more intimate here. But the people make it much larger than it appears.

Overall we had an average experience for the price at this hotel. We booked it on a special from Costco travel. Check in was fast and easy.. they do require a $100 deposit per night that can be used for food/drinks or refunded at end of stay. The best part about this hotel is it’s right on the beach and had a large reef for snorkeling. They also had paddle boards and kayaks you could take out. I would describe this more as a boutique hotel than resort, it’s pretty small. The main restaurant food was good, but service slow and forgetful. Poolside service was inconsistent to non-existent. There was no entertainment while we were there. The nice restaurant on the beach was a great view/atmosphere but food was disappointing. Great view of the sunsetting into the ocean.. The room was very clean and updated, the bed in our room was firm, but squeaky and pillows went flat quick. The step over to get in and out of the shower was quite high. The hotel grounds seemed well maintained. Overall a nice hotel, I would stay here if you want to walk out and snorkel the reef.

Friendly staff , modern furnished unit , breakfast at the dunes in the morning best way to start the day , enjoying afternoon drinks at the roof top bar , grace bay beach morning walks , beach facilities for all family members and two bedroom ocean front unit with a view you dream of
