So so fun!! My daughter got her hair braided by Marina and she was so sweet! The resort is so safe and friendly! We loved it for our family!

The pool and beach area were very nice. At the beach, staff member Joel, helped us find beach beds and shade. He was super helpful and very friendly. He made conversation to make us feel welcomed too. In general, lovely staff and perfect place to spend a hot day. But not sure about the parrots indoors for display.

Relaxing getaway.
We got a day pass to check out the resort. The staff was professional and nice. Joel from the pool side was extremely professional, nice and very helpful when checking in at the pool.

Great hotel and service
Facility is in a great Location right on the beach making it easy for a pool and or beach day. Also easy access to El Yunque, and great restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful - Joel on the beach was great and working really hard on a hot day. Very friendly and offered up great recommendations on things to do during our stay. All staff have been what you would hope for at a quality resort.

Bianca, Yahed and Marina were awesome! My girls had a lot of fun braiding their hair!!! All the staff was amazing!!!!!!!!!!

General Policy
- AdvisoryThe transformation of resort is going in 2 phases where the project includes rebuilding 400 guestrooms, ten dining outlets, a new lobby, pools, social spaces, and entertainment areas. Phase I (Spring 2025): 280 guestrooms, family pool slides, Sushi by Bou, porte cochere, casino, cabaret lounge, and racquet center upgrades. Phase II (Fall 2025): 120 guestrooms, enhanced lobbies, Marbella Restaurant, gardens, terraces, Hole In One, Roots to Go, and an entry guardhouse.
