    Saltwater - Located beachfront and adjacent to the Beach Club.     Great all-inclusive experience

    The stay was excellent and we had a great time. Jaime and Andrei were great at the activities and they made things extra fun. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for an all-inclusive experience in Cabo.

    Overall, we had a fantastic time at Zoetry. It offered a boutique feel with luxury amenities, extraordinary ocean views and the personal touch that should come with a small resort. Some accolades, praise and constructive feedback to follow: Top mentions, Oscar our daily “pool butler”. Ever consistent, funny, energizer bunny and, of course, no judgement when you over eat and drink for days and days. Marcello, our waiter at Saltwater. Give him the best shifts and hours. He is a highly skilled gourmet waiter and he knows what he’s doing. You want to keep him! Valaria and Xiomara did so much to make our visits special at the saltwater. Incredibly attentive, fun, and personable. Manuel, our first impression bellhop. He was so genuine. I was sorry he wasn’t at the front more often through our stay. Ricardo and Benjamin at Check In and Concierge. Always service with a smile. Thank you. Feedback: 1. The restaurants are disorganized, but notable was El Arroyo in the main building. Went once, such a bad experience that we didn’t want to risk going back again - ate at the saltwater the entire week because of this bad experience. The young waiter had zero sense of service and timeliness. This same waiter also ruined our experience at the Maguey Bar due to his lack of service and care. I’m told by staff “yes we are aware of this” so hopefully this gets resolved quickly. 2. The kitchen at El Arroyo is obviously competing to handle room service and because of this the food is coming out slow, missing items or not at all. 3. The resort needs a fresh look at the menus. With only 2 restaurants these menus should change often. The food is missing the flavor and uniqueness that this luxury, boutique resort deserves. 4. Needs an actual drink program. There’s should be special amazing drinks native to this resort. If there was such a menu, I was never supplied and certainly the staff don’t promote special drinks. 5. The pool ledges are at a perfect height for in- water lounge chairs. I believe this is the way it was originally designed. Put the appropriate lounge chairs back in the water. 6. Create some additional pool shade at the main pool. The only shade currently is at the swim up bar. 7. Create a nice place to smoke a cigar. They sell cigars but there’s no obvious place to relax and enjoy it. The resort would benefit by creating this space. 8. Add one more restaurant or enhance the offerings (and staff) at the Maguey bar. Just not enough variety currently. The room service was top notch, almost immediate and friendly. The housekeeping was on it. Never a wait. The room was pretty much always clean and tidy. Our laundry was done in a few hours, hung and back in the room. Amazing. Overall - we are coming back! Amazing place, where it fell short I can tell the group really wants to improve and is working through the kinks. Thanks Team Zoetry for making our visit so special. James and Joanna

    The resort was nice, but it needs some help.

    The food was average. The drinks were good. The atmosphere was boutique. If you like quiet, it's a good place to be. The service was good. I just wish they had a way that you could choose the room that you wanted to stay in. Kind of like an airline seating arrangement. It's kind of like rolling the dice to see what room you get. There's no way to lock one down. It's kind of a shame that they don't do a little maintenance on the resort. There's many small things that could be easily fixed to make the resort look much better. I guess that's just Mexico. I hope now that Hyatt as new owners with UVC will make some changes. This review comes from a goal member of 13 years of UVC.

    Leaking/Plumbing issues

    Originally booked oceanfront room. Stayed there the first night. I upgraded after the first night to the Presidental suite along with another friend on July 14-18, 2025. 1st leak - July 15th. Requested maintenance they came to make the repairs. 2nd leak - July 16th -middle of the night wake up to leaking again. I had an early excursion with pick up at 6 am. I advised that the ceiling was leaking again. When I returned no one had entered the room and the garbage can was full of water. This was around 12:30-1pm. Immediately called front desk they said they would send someone. 45 minutes later called again no one showed up. Finally housekeeping came around 3 and saw it and called. That is when maintenance showed up to repair. I go to front desk and ask why would this take this long. They said they were not aware. 3rd leak - July 16th after dinner I return from dinner around 10:30pm and it was leaking again. Another call to maintenance. They come out to repair. Also, no power in the outlets in bedroom with the leak or the living/dining room so that also needed maintenance. 4th leak - July 17th late morning I go to yoga and breakfast and the leak happens again. At this point I go to front desk and advise that this is unacceptable. They present Julia who did not want to do much to help. I even inform her that the lobby bathroom was flooding. 5th leak - July 17th After dinner come back to the room and it is leaking again. Checked out on the 18th. We should have been moved from that suite as there is no way it should have been in service with those issues. I'm sorry but this isn't acceptable at this price point and the hotel didn't want to do anything to remedy this situation except offer their apologies. Most of the staff were amazing like Erik at the pool bar, Daniel who drove us around on the golf cart and Marcos the activity person.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an incredible experience at Zoëtry! The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Daniel was absolutely amazing at the top restaurant—his service was impeccable and added so much to our dining experience. Erick, poolside, was so attentive and genuinely pleasant to be around—we shared some great laughs and felt well taken care of the entire time. There was also another gentleman at the restaurant below who provided excellent service, though I regret not catching his name! Overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing escape filled with great food, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you to the entire Zoëtry team for making everything so special! If your looking for more private, relaxing and unwinding beach stay, this is your place!! ~ Amy & Matt
