  Relaxing Getaway

  My husband and I did a 5 day- 4 night stay for a couples getaway. We stayed in the ocean view room with a terrace. It was one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever been in. The view was amazing and you could see the ocean out of every window. The interior design and esthetic of this resort is stunnnnnning! The scents throughout the resort were amazing, the gym had great equipment options with cool towels and fruit infused water. Usually all inclusives have subpar food but this was NOT the case at Zoetry Casa Del Mar. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every single meal we had at El Arroyo, Saltwater and Poolside. Every meal we were surprised at how fresh and flavorful every single thing was!!! Lastly, I'll close with how absolutely lovely the staff was. From the concierge, bellmen, Amstar rep, the bartenders at Maguey Lounge Bar, the waiters at Saltwater and El Arroyo. The sweet ladies at the coffee shop, their icecream and pastries were delicious. Our favorite guys were the Pool team & Events Coordinator. These guys anticipated the needs, were attentive, friendly, professional and were amazing at their job. They make you feel like family during your stay all while bracing the heat running back and forth servicing. So special shoutout to them: Abraham, Oscar, Luis and Jaime who coordinated fun interactive Poolside events. Thank you for an amazing and memorable getaway!

  Not a 5 Star property!

  This place claims to be 5 star. Room AC never worked properly, this is not 5 stars. Room had leaks when it rained, not what you would expect of a 5 star property. Staff was friendly but didn’t follow up on reported problems. Again not a 5 star property. Sorry

  Family vacation

  Beautiful resort and great value for the money. The resort is spotless and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the pool area, the swim up bar, the lounging around the pool and by the ocean. The restaurants are both quite beautiful and we thought the food was flavorful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this resort and stay here again.

  Excellent and authentic - this is the Beat if Mexico. Wonderful staff, amazing food, and lovely location. we have cisited Mexico for many years amd this is one of the most amazing places we have encountered. You will love your time here.

  First but not the last time we will vacation and Zoetry Case del Mar

  This was our third Zoëtry that we have stayed at and have really enjoyed all three (Aqua Punta Cana and Curacao). However, this became our favorite and we will definitely return in the future. The manager is very visible and attentive to detail. The entire staff was very friendly and went out of their way to do anything they could to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. While we cannot name all of the staff that helped to make this the best vacation possible, we will name a few. The two ladies at the Cocoa Café were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Jaimie was our activities director and we enjoyed the Spanish lessons, both American and Mexican bingos, the cooking classes and the Tequila tasting. Jaimie is extremely friendly and engaging. Although we enjoyed the food at the other two Zoëtrys, we thought the food here was excellent and the wait staff unbeatable. Alan at Saltwater did everything he could to make our meals enjoyable. Our romantic dinner on the beach was perfect and Alan’s service made it even better. Marcello worked with Alan and his service and friendliness was excellent. Make sure you ask them to make you the flaming Mexican coffee. The wait staff at the main pool was fabulous. Abraham worked very hard serving us food and beverages as did Andrei, Gabriel, Luis, Oscar, and Xiomara. We really appreciated all of their hard work. Due to weather related issues, we had to change some of our plans to enjoy the area. Benjamin was the concierge and was extremely helpful in making recommendations to help with our planning. It is obvious that the staff at Casa Del Mar enjoys working there and helping to make the guests enjoy their vacations. Thank you to each and every one of them.
