  Beautiful boutique Hotel a real five star experience

  Just returned from a three night short break at Zoëtry Mallorca. Arrived before 12 noon, a quick and friendly check-in with a good quality glass of Cava. Room was ready early. Taken to our room which was situated by the adult only relax pool. Le Labo Bergamont shower gel shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided, a lovely touch! We used the adult only pool daily, very comfortable sunbeds and no rush to reserve them, excellent drinks, waiter service around the pool and ala carte dining. Food was amazing. The service from all staff at this hotel is exemplary, they couldn’t do enough. Would definitely return for a short break as also very close to the airport without any noticeable air traffic.

  Lovely stay! I’m coming back again :)

  Lovely experience. We just stayed at the hotel for the entire stay. There is plenty to do at this hotel. They have wine teasting, sports classes, live music and a cultural tour. The food is fantastic and staff are very friendly. And you can also decide to just relax in one of the pools or chill in the spa. I will be back next year.

  Relaxing.

  After a few weeks in Mallorca, we added at short notice an overnight stay for our multigenerational family. Location is beautiful, set in relaxed Mallorca’s gardens Opted for all inclusive and was not disappointed. Food quality was excellent and staff polite and professional. Accommodation was to a high standard. We did find stepping into and out of the bath/ shower slightly unnerving and would have appreciated a well placed grab-rail. A great atmosphere during the evening with a couple of different restaurant options. Bar drinks were slow to arrive at times during the evening. Thank you for arranging for a birthday cake, at short notice, for my mother. The location demands you have some reasonable access to transport. We had returned our hire cars and were dependent on taxi’s. This wasn’t a big problem although, I would have appreciated a hotel shuttle bus etc. to airport. To summarise, wonderful experience. Well done. Paul.

  Authentic Spanish hotel

  We stayed as a family of four in this rather beautiful Spanish hotel which was once a stately manor originally built in the fourteenth century. It has its own neo-Gothic chapel as well as a windmill and is located less than thirty minutes from Palma in the heart of the countryside. We hired a car to see some of the island as it’s quite remote but always looked forward to getting back to the serenity and tranquility of The Zoëtry. Our two rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and were situated in more modern low rise buildings but were at opposite ends of the hotel (we were a late booking to be fair). Worth calling ahead if adjacent rooms are required. We opted for half board and the breakfasts were always of a high standard served in one of the beautiful older buildings. Evening meals were served on the terrace in a pretty courtyard which had an authentic Spanish feel. Although the menu wasn’t changed regularly, the meals were traditional dishes and we looked forward to the culinary delights that awaited us each evening. The attentive staff always went the extra mile and appreciated our daughter practising her Spanish speaking and making an effort to speak the language. The grounds were lovely - understated and rustic in areas but nevertheless beautiful. The pool areas were relaxing which included an adult only pool for those seeking a slightly quieter experience - both perfect to unwind and recharge. The main pool bar /restaurant had seating under a shaded pergola with a good choice of light dishes. We enjoyed using the tennis courts which were near the hotel’s vegetable patch (fresh ingredients definitely appreciated at mealtimes). Overall, a good choice if you are looking for something a little less touristy and off the beaten track.

  A wonderful stay at Zoetry Mallorca

  This was our first time in Mallorca, and we chose Zoëtry based on our daughter’s recommendation—she had stayed before and loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful setting and beautiful architecture that blends perfectly with nature. It really feels like a special place. The staff gave us a warm welcome with a drink, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a patio where we could relax comfortably. We enjoyed both pools—especially the quieter one for relaxing—and the green tennis courts were a nice bonus. You can borrow rackets or even book a lesson through the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent, and all the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. On our last day, they kindly let us check out late for a small fee, which made our evening flight much easier. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Mallorca. Highly recommended!
