location is great very nice and spacious rooms, cleanliness of the hotel is spotless, in my opinion I think it's overpriced, the amenities it's ok, the roof top pools also is very nice if you l are used to go to nice beaches this is not the one for you because to me that is not a beach is more of a lake.

I was super excited to come here because I went to the one in Rivera Mya this hotel was not it. Yes very clean very nice but it’s small they try to force u to sit down on their time share meetings and if u say no they are rude about it. There is no buffet for dinner so u are forced to go to one of their restaurants. Which there isn’t much to choose from. Room service never comes. The place is small. They make u pay for their habachi dinner. For the entertainment shows at night they close of seats for people who can sit there if they want to buy a bottle mind you there isn’t much seats available so u are left standing. There isn’t entertainment during the day it’s boring. And the staff are rude. Very rude.

Great trip to cancun Mexico.
It was a good experience. We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was great and vey helpful. We will go again. The room was cleaned daily. The atmosphere was good. The noise level was good. The service was also good. The amenities was also good. The room size was great and clean.

While the resort itself was beautiful, the overall customer service was disappointing. Many of the staff members seemed overwhelmed, dismissive, and at times, outright rude. Interactions often felt rushed and lacked the warmth you’d expect from a luxury resort. The Exhale Club rooftop breakfast was one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. Despite paying extra for Exhale perks and service, the experience was far from it. The staff was extremely rude, and the wait times to be seated, order, and receive food were completely unacceptable. Having previously experienced exceptional service at Breathless Riviera Maya, I expected the same level of quality at the Cancun location but unfortunately, it fell short in almost every way. The one bright spot of our stay was Picasso, who was the only staff member that truly delivered 5-star service. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. His professionalism and positivity made a real difference in our experience, and the resort would benefit greatly from having more team members like him. I will say the wedding department did an amazing job and my friends wedding was absolutely beautiful!
