Paradisus Grand Cana Dominican Republic
Dear Guest Relations, I recently returned from the Paradisus Grand Cana. My club number is NCRG-38600. I have to start by complimenting your staff overall. I do have a few standouts I'd like to share. My concierge was Thaina Saturria. What a gem. So helpful, thorough, attentive, polite, professional, need I say more. I could go on. Jonatan Silvestre was another stand out. I owned and operated 5 restaurants employing over three hundred people at any given time in my career. I recognize quality. This young man is fast, friendly, efficient and very personable. Diana and the rest of the staff over at the adults only pool on the Paradisus side were outstanding. Vanessa and the entire team up front in the lobby bars were fantastic. I look forward to hanging with them soon. I do feel bad that I just can't list everyone because there are many more. Melia is lucky I sold my interests in my restaurants because I would be taking them back with me. Tell Jon, Diana and team that big poppy will be back in June. When I arrive with more family members I want Thaina as our concierge. I do not need two because she does the work of ten. Jim Sullivan

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Grand Cana! The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Steven, who was the hardest working and most dedicated employee we met. He always had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. He truly made our stay even better! Helped us out with things that are not even his job. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend Paradisus Grand Cana. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at paradises grand Cana and Steven was a big part of making our stay so special! He took great care of us, was attentive to our needs, and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and excellent service truly made a difference. We really appreciated everything he did for us and are grateful to have met someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome. Thank you, Steven, for helping make our vacation memorable!
