We had such a wonderful experience at Secrets Mirabel Cancún! From the delicious food to the outstanding hospitality, everything made our stay feel extra special. The food was absolutely amazing, with great quality, flavor, and presentation. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shoutout to Alfredo at Bluewater Grill, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. His attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service truly made a difference. We also want to recognize Orlando at Olio Restaurant for his incredible hospitality and attention to detail. He made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our dining experience. It’s employees like Alfredo and Orlando who make a resort experience unforgettable. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to providing outstanding service. Magical Mexico!
Super well managed hotel with excellent service, restaurants, spa and gym. We had a preferred club plunge pool room with a view of the sunrise and the beach and it was superb. The staff are stand out excellent - everywhere - reception, bars, restaurants, gym, spa - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are serviced twice a day and are spotlessly clean. Secrets Mirabel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

It was an amazing experience, Saulo at the pool so nice, Liliana, Tito, Rafael, azucena, at the breakfast restaurant, amazing crue thank you guys, Rafael at bluewater reataurant excelent service, pedro at the baseman, the best waitress ever, John in animation always bringing us fun, Griselda took care of our bedroom.always ready to serve, i need more space to mention how gratefu we are from the people who work over there

7 blissful relaxing days with so many resort entertainment options I could not even do them all.
Amazing resort with exceptional service. Many really great options from a la carte restaurant especially the Mediterranean options from Olio.

Secrets Mirabel Cancun resort is close to the airport, had nice rooms, and attentive wait staff. I will never go there again due to the sales pitches that started during check-in, and continued through the following morning. It was our fault that we agreed to sit through a "90 minute" presentation in exchange for discounted spa pricing. It was Secrets/Hyatts fault that their staff lied about the length of the presentation. They stressed it would be 90 at most and no pressure. It actually lasted almost 3 hours and was very high pressure. I'm short, they lied to us. During the presentation we were treated VERY rudely and I got up and left after 2 hours. My wife and a couple were were traveling with were passed through at least five different people with ever increasing pressure to buy into the Hyatt experience. I'll never stay at a Secrets/Hyatt again. We stayed at Barcello Mayan resort in the spring of 2026 at a similar cost and the Barcello property was a much nicer property and a much better experience.
