Oct 21, 2026We would definitely return.
The entire facility was very very clean. The beach was nice ans the pools were also good. The water park was fun. The food was ok it came cold from the server in multiple restaurants. The servers also messed up our orders almost once a day. The Italian and steak house were the best. Our room was fine however the couple we came with received an open bottle of rum and sprite. They fix it after speaking with our butler. Entertainment waa very good. We paid for preferred club and we thought it was worth it because wating in AC is very important to us. Having the private areas was also worth the up grade.

Room service top notch
Anthony from Room Service was exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive throughout my stay. He always made sure I was having a great time and regularly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. His genuine kindness and thoughtful attention made me feel special every single time. Anthony is a true example of outstanding customer service. He has such a good heart, and his warmth and sincerity truly made a positive difference in my stay. Employees like Anthony are what make a hotel experience memorable. I wish every staff member had the same level of compassion, dedication, and genuine care for guests that he does. Thank you, Anthony, for making my stay so enjoyable and for making me feel so valued. You are truly exceptional!
