Oct 21, 2026Best service
We just got back from a perfect birthday week at Live Aqua Punta Cana (October 13–21) and the service is what made it unforgettable. Miguel at the Italian restaurant set up a decorated dinner for us and even took our pictures. Elizabeth at the main lobby bar kept our drinks coming and was so kind every time we stopped by, and Angela worked right alongside her — both of them were wonderful. The pool crew — Dalvin, Danylo, Angel, and Jose — were all so attentive and nice every single day. And Yohan from the entertainment team — we had an absolute blast with him. The standout of our whole trip was Carlos. On my actual birthday he arranged beautiful birthday decorations and got me a cake — he made sure I had the best birthday ever. The cabana looked incredible: gold 'Happy Birthday' banner, balloon flowers, and a towel heart. Amable at the hibachi restaurant was exceptional too — he set up a private dinner for the two of us at a beautifully decorated table and was very, very, very attentive. Truly excellent service. If you eat at the hibachi, ask for him. Every person we met went out of their way to make our birthday week special. We can't wait to come back!
