  Perfect anniversary spot

  We had an amazing time at secrets cap cana. The service was excellent, butlers, bartenders and servers had such great customer service. Everyone always had a smile on their face. Manuel at the swim up bar gave us an experience we will never forget, he created such a good atmosphere for us.

  Fantastic Swim-Out Suite, Outstanding Service, and the Perfect Place to Unwind

  We stayed in a **Master Swim-Out Oceanview Suite in Building 4, Room 4103**, and absolutely loved it. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a great patio accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. One of the best features was that the pool area was shaded by around noon, making it a perfect place to spend the afternoon. We really enjoyed having our own swim-out pool and rarely felt the need to visit the Preferred Club pool. We brought a floating table and waterproof playing cards, which turned out to be a great idea. We spent hours relaxing in the water, playing cards, and just enjoying the downtime. **The service throughout the resort was excellent.** Ronald and the team at the pool bar were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Our butler, Alexis, was outstanding. He was proactive, responsive, and consistently went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. The food was good overall, and Rosewater became our favorite breakfast spot. We never had any difficulty securing dinner reservations. Across the resort, the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop bar is definitely worth visiting. It's a great spot to unwind in the evening, and the resort offers a nice variety of entertainment. **A few recommendations for anyone planning a trip:** - **Airport VIP services:** We booked VIP arrival service, and it was worth every penny. For departure, I would recommend the expedited security and immigration service with lounge access. Think of it as an airline lounge day pass combined with personalized assistance through the airport. It makes the departure experience much more comfortable. - **PuntaCanaMike:** We booked a private excursion with Mike and had a great experience. We visited a jewelry shop, enjoyed a rum tasting, and learned about traditional small-batch cigar making. Mike was knowledgeable about the Dominican Republic and shared some great insights into the local culture. - **DWJ VIP Services:** We used them for airport transfers, and everything went smoothly. Great service and very reliable. - **Dreams Come True Tours (+1 302-215-8888):** We booked a snorkeling excursion and had a fantastic time. They were flexible and allowed us to customize the experience, spending more time snorkeling rather than focusing on the dolphin and sandbar stops. We really appreciated being able to tailor the day to what we enjoyed most. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and exactly what we were looking for. We spent most of our time relaxing, enjoying the swim-out pool, and disconnecting from the demands of everyday life. The combination of a great room, attentive service, friendly staff, and opportunities to explore the local culture made it a memorable experience. **If you're considering a swim-out suite, I would absolutely recommend Building 4, especially Room 4103.** It was a great location and a big part of what made our stay so enjoyable.

  we returned after being at the same resort 3 years earlier. the food is great with multiple venues to choose from. The staff is very attentive.

  Secrets Cap Cana Staff is Absolutely the Best!

  My husband and I stayed at Secrets Cap Cana last week and loved everything about it. We had not even left yet when we decided we want to return next year! The service, grounds, restaurants and entertainment were the best ever! I’m going to mention some of the staff that we thoroughly enjoyed! The problem with that is leaving someone out! We thought everyone was over-the-top! We would like to give a shout out to: Butler…Leonardo Pool Attendants… Skarlin, Santa F, Maria Market Cafe Hostess… Narquel Main Lobby Bar Server …Carolyn Entertainment Team… Spaghetty, Barbie, Raisa, Rihanna, LaDival CoCo Barista…Mary, Berenice Bartender …Benito, Francisco We look forward to returning to Cap Cana and seeing our friends again!
