Food a Disappointment
Attended 4 days with Color Street group. The resort was full. I can't fault slow service as the staff we very accommodating. I was completely disappointed at the buffet. I ate supper there one night and it was terrible. I would not go to this resort again unfortunately. Location is gorgeous 😍 I heard management is shifting and in transition.

Almost excellent
This is a shockingly beautiful property with a delightful staff and surprisingly affordable rates for off season. It is worth purchasing the premium all-inclusive package. One small issue we had was that they did not have the room we booked when we arrived. We booked a double queen for my son and myself. The people at the front desk offered to send up another rolling bed so there would be two in the room, we agreed and then the bed never arrived even after I called down about it. The restaurants, the grounds the pools were all fabulous our only complaint was not receiving the room we book or the additional bed to fix the first issue.

an absolutely stunning hotel with amazing food and people!
this was probably one of the best hotels we could’ve stayed at! The state was amazing the people food the culture. The vibes were just freaking amazing and so cool. The food is all inclusive as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, which was so refreshing since going outside and buying a drink is literally like 20 bucks in the US and here it was included time and whatever drink you wanted. The beach is amazing although it is not swimming pool as the ocean is rougher on this side of Cabo, but if you go to the west side of Cabo, you will be able to swim in the waters there. They have amazing workers for the buffet, as well as the cleaning service the maintenance people the bartenders, and they are so friendly and joyous, and ready to help whenever. it’s a family friendly place that has Spanish and English-speaking workers so if you need anything, they can definitely help you just be kind to them since we are in Mexico and Spanish is her first language :) they have a little area for the kids to swim in and a playground as well as a basketball court three pools one of them being right in front of the ocean as well as hammock, a gym and a bar that’s always open as well as buffets going on at every hour with different menu items every single day. I would love to mention the bartender right in front of the lobby is phenomenal!!! i can’t remember his name but he’s so lovely and absolutely a blast to talk to when getting drinks in the front lobby, APPLAUSE TO HIM🥳!!! EZRA HERNANDES and MARIO as well as JERUSALEM GAMIÑO are such fun and interesting people that are always looking forward to seeing you and helping you with anything you may need!! overall worth every penny and would LOVE to stay here again!! (the drinks and snacks in the fridge in your room are refilled everyday and are included in the package)💖 muchas gracias a todos que nos estuvieron ayudando durante nuestro tiempo aquí es muy amable!!! VIVA MÉXICO!

Excellent entertainment
We arrived at cabo weds night. They provided dance classes at the pool our first night. Jared instructed salsa classes. He's patient, fun and very personable. Great instructor and wonderful addition to the resort! I learned new salsa moves!

Amazing trip & relaxing
We had a blast. Its a small resort but all the staff made it fun. We had Enrique & Jared at the pool entertainment. The staff at the pool bar like Axel, Yamilet perez, francisco cosio, Irene Almazan. & Luis Cosio. The drinks were amazing. The food at at the snack area by the pool is wonderful. We had so much fun with all the staff. The food at the buffet is really good. They have a large variety of food.
